What time can I collect my order?Updated 14 days ago

If you have placed your order with at least 2 day's notice by 2:45pm, your order will be ready to collect from the opening time of your chosen store or locker.

Your confirmation email will state the pick-up store or locker that you have chosen along with the collection time offered for your chosen location.

This means that you can collect the order any time on the day that suits you within the stated pick up hours on your confirmation email. The order will be ready for you to collect from the opening time of your chosen store or locker, as long as you have placed the order with a minimum of 2 days notice by 2:45pm. 

If you have placed your order with a minimum of 1 day's notice by 2:45pm (known as a "next day order" or a 2nd cut off order) then your order will be ready to collect from 3pm at your chosen location. This applies to all our stores and lockers that offer next day collection, which excludes Birmingham Selfridges, Bexley Heath Locker and Lakeside.

Your order confirmation email will show a collection window that starts from 3pm.

Please be sure to collect your order before the closing time of your chosen store.
