How much notice do I need to give to place an order?Updated 6 days ago

Orders for most cupcakes and cakes must be placed by 4pm for next day delivery or collection.

The following items require 2 days’ notice before 4pm:

• Tall/Mini Tall Cakes
• Kids Cakes
• Two Tier
• Wedding Cakes

Next day order example

A Red Velvet Layer Cake ordered before 4pm on Monday will be available for delivery or collection on Tuesday. 

Please note this excludes postcodes in our Group 3 delivery area, as well as collection from our Birmingham, Manchester Trafford, Bexleyheath Locker and Lakeside Locker locations.

Next day collection orders are guaranteed to be ready by 4pm and can be collected until the store or locker closes. You will be notified by email and text when your order is ready.

Two day order example

A Kids Cake ordered before 4pm on Monday will be available for delivery or collection on Wednesday.

For orders placed 2 days in advance or more, store/locker collections your item will arrive in the store before it opens and be ready for collection.
