What is the policy for customizing cake orders at your shop?Updated a year ago

While we understand the desire for customized cake options, our policy is to sell only the items as seen on the website, with a few possibilities for slight amendments such as leaving off sprinkles or removing jam from the filling. Unfortunately, we do not offer a bespoke cake service or ingredient amendments to avoid potential allergy issues. Due to Natasha's Law we are not able to change ingredients within the cake or add items due to the ingredients lists we provide needing to be correct. We apologize for any perceived inconsistencies in store conversations and assure you that customer feedback will be reviewed to enhance our service offerings in the future.
