What do I do if I’m unhappy with my order/purchase (returns policy)Updated 3 months ago

Our aim has always been to provide our customers with a fantastic product, and great service, but from time to time, things don’t always go as planned. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with our cupcake specialists. Where possible we’d like the product returned to one of our stores providing proof of purchase, or we can arrange to collect the order from you within 48hr from delivery/collection. 

Please take photo's to help illustrate any concerns you may have with your order, as this really helps our customer support team in swiftly dealing with your enquiry.

If you’ve had an experience in one of our stores and hoped it had been better, just let us know when and where you visited. We aim to respond to all queries as promptly as possible, and will seek to refund a purchase if we feel it wasn’t up to our standards.
