If you are travelling in a car with a product, place on a flat surface, we suggest the footwell or safely strapped in with the seatbelt. You should try to ensure the cake box doesn't move and is stored FLAT.
Precook the cake prior to travel in a fridge or freezer to ensure it stays cool. Consider using ice packs or a cooler bag.
You should have the aircon on FULL BLAST at the lowest temperature. Don't leave the cake in the car with the car off.
Note: Chocolate melts at 27-30 degrees, butter at 32 degrees, so it is vital to keep your products refrigerated when ambient temperatures exceed this.
