How to Store Products in the HeatUpdated a day ago

ALWAYS keep the product in the fridge! A cold room or ambient temperature isn't enough. Even a quick blast in the freezer will be helpful and prevent the cake from losing its structure or melting. 

Note: Chocolate melts at 27-30 degrees, butter at 32 degrees, so it is vital to keep your products refrigerated, as air temp will melt the cake!
