Terms & Conditions - June 2024 - Lola’s Love Club 

1.   The Lola’s Love club points have no cash redemption value. 

2.    The current redemption value of points is 1 point = £0.01. We reserve the right to vary that rate at any time. If we decide to vary this rate then we will seek to let you know in reasonable time by displaying notices via email. 

3.    You will receive 5 points for every £1 that is spent on eligible products in-store. Points are awarded after any relevant discounts or promotions have been deducted from your shopping.

4.    The club terms can be revised or changed without notice. 

5.    Points are not available for collection or redemption at our West Hampstead branch. 

6.    Founding members who joined the club in-store before 26/06/2024, are eligible for a free Small birthday cake in store subject to store availability on their actual Birthday. Valid upon presentation of ID that confirms birth date, and existing member of love club for at least 30 days. Members who join after the 26/06/24, will be eligible for a free regular sized cupcake on their birthday redeemable in-store. If you are unable to redeem your free cupcake in-store and have provided your birthday date to us, you will be credited 370 points toward your future orders.

7.     The Loyalty Programme is only available to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years old or older. Only one membership per person/email address is permitted. Membership is not open to companies, partnerships, unincorporated associations or similar entities.

8.     Membership of the Loyalty Programme and its benefits are personal to you. You may not share or transfer your points, although your friends and family can of course apply for their own Love Club points. Only you can redeem your points or benefits.  

9.      We reserve the right to refuse an application to join the Loyalty Programme (Love Club), or remove someone from the club who may violate its principles (such as trying to redeem multiple cakes on their birthday) from different shops.

10.   You will only be able to redeem and earn points after you have joined our love club. 

11.    If you need to change any of your details you have registered with your Love Club Membership, please do so at any of our stores or by email at [email protected] or alternatively you can contact Customer Services by telephone on 0330 058 9525 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your details. Please note these changes are for your Love Club details only.  

12.    Points may only be spent in increments of £2.50, and a maximum redemption value on a single transaction of £100 applies at any time. 

13.    An in-store only offer of a free brownie on sign up to the love club is applicable whilst stocks last. Customers that join online will be eligible for a free signup gift whilst stocks last. The gift will be sent with your first order.  

14.    Membership of the Love Club is granted only as part of a product-based in-store transaction where the transaction amount equals a minimum of £5, or a transaction online where the value exceeds £5.

15.    Love club points cannot be used in conjunction with any Gift Card or Voucher Code.
