We produce our gluten-free cakes in a separate part of our factory. 

Processes and training are in place to ensure that our cakes are gluten-free.

Gluten-free describes foods containing gluten at no more than 20 parts per million (ppm). 

All our gluten free products are certified ‘Gluten Free’ by the Coeliac UK and contain the Cross Grain Trademark.

All our cakes and brownies are prepared in a kitchen where other cross-contamination risks may occur.
