Simply visit the locker location on your chosen delivery day, input the code sent in your confirmation email and retrieve your items. Our lockers allow you to pick up your item(s) conveniently and at your own leisure. Kindly note that during busy periods, your pickup time may change but this will be reflected in your confirmation email or in the SMS message we will send you.
Can’t pick up in time? Our drivers will bring your item(s) to the nearest store if it has not been collected in time. If you have any problems, contact our customer service team on 0330 058 9525.
